Latest Article: How to make an Origami Frog
Want to make an origami Jumping Frog? These simple steps tell how to make a frog with springy back legs that propel the frog making him hop or jump.

First you will need a piece of paper. It needs to be the size or the dimensions of a bank note. If you have green or brown paper that's fantastic, and will give your amphibian a real frog or toad appearance.

With the paper laid horizontally, fold the top right hand corner down to the bottom edge to make a triangle. Then unfold.

Take the bottom right hand corner and take it up to the top edge and make a triangle. Then unfold. The makes an 'X' in one end of the paper.

Fold the paper in half-length ways so that the new fold line is at the base of the 'X' and unfold.

Turn the paper so it lies vertically, with the 'X' furthest away from you.

Pull the paper on either side of the 'X' together, and the top part down, the paper will naturally do its own thing with the creases that make up the 'X'. It will create a triangle shape with 2 flaps directly on top. Flatten the paper to make nice crisp folds.

Take the bottom corner of each flap in turn, and fold it up to the top point of the triangle to crate the frog's forelegs. It also makes a diamond like shape on the form.

Make a fold in the paper at about half way and fold the straight end up and over the diamond end. Fold the work flat. Then fold the straight part back and forth (to look like a fan or a concertina) 3 more times to form the back legs. Pull them out a bit to relax the folds and to make it springy.

Turn the frog over and arrange the legs. You can either draw on eyes, but if you have any, it's fun to use wobbly stick on eyes.

You can give your paper frog a long fly catching tongue. Take a long thin piece of red paper and roll it up tightly, hold it for a couple of second and then release. Glue the end of the tongue and stick it to the frog's mouth at the side.

To make the frog jump, run your finger down his back, compressing his back legs like a spring and he will hop. Make a few frogs and have a national frog-hopping race.

Latest Article: Nothing Crazier Than Crazy 8
If you will be asked to describe yourself, what would be the first thing that you would say?

For most people, they would say that they are crazy and they would mean that in a cool way. See, they you say that you are crazy, you actually mean that you are fun and you love doing crazy stuff and yet still be sane.

Now if you have got the Crazy 8 ball with you, you can be called crazy - and crazy in a good way. So what exactly is the Crazy 8 ball, you may ask. Let us see. Let us take a look at what this crazy little gadget is all about.

Was there ever a time when you were much into playing billiards or pool? For some, they call it billiards while there are also quite a number who call the sport pool. No matter what they call it, it is still the same sport and it is about making sure that with that long stick you have in your hand, you are able to make sure that all balls on the table go right through the pockets. If you do that, you win.

This is definitely a retro game but it still is very popular right now. There are still a good number of people playing it. And if you and your friends are into it, you just may want to prove your craziness with the Crazy 8 ball. This gadget actually looks like the number 8 ball in billiards. So when nobody is looking, you can take the original ball and replace it with this one. Wait and see what happens.

Well, let your opponent take his turn on the table. And when he hits the fake one, you would definitely be laughing yourself out because the ball will wobble instead of just moving smoothly through the table. Plus, it will be wobbling its way in various directions but would not definitely go where it is supposed to go. Just make sure though that the person you would be using this gadget on has got a good sense of humor - or else.

Take a look at the Crazy 8 ball and you would say that it is just like the ordinary one that you see on billiard tables. It even does feel like one and it weighs just like the original. This retro gag gadget is definitely one of the things that would bring laughter to an otherwise ordinary pool game.

Latest Article: Crazy Critters - The Ultimate Pet Toy That You've Got To See For Yourself!
I had been looking all over for a dog toy that my Jack Russell Terrier wouldn't chew up and trail all over the house. It seems that no matter what toy I brought home for him, he would chew right through it almost immediately.

Our neighbor has a huge German Shepherd and I asked her what toys she found that he would play with that didn't prove to be as messy as my situation with stuffed animal fluff all over the my house. She told be that her German Shepherd, Noodles has been playing with Crazy Critter toys since he was a puppy. They have no stuffing so no matter how much Noodles chews his toy there is no mess to clean up afterwards. I went inside to see what exactly one of these Crazy Critters looked like and couldn't believe how cute they were. Noodles has two Critters-both foxes but my neighbor Pam tells me that Crazy Critters also make raccoons.

Crazy Critters only cost ten dollars! If I can spend ten dollars to buy a toy my dog wont chew up and leave all over the floor to clog my vacuum cleaner then I would be crazy not to! I bought both a Crazy Critter's fox and raccoon right away. At first I was worried that maybe Jack wouldn't have fun with the same toy a big German Shepherd would but then I found out that dogs of any size really enjoy paying with Crazy Critters.

Crazy Critters are also washable so even though it doesn't matter where your buddy's Critter goes when he's outside, you don't have to worry about him bringing his Critter back into the house. They are absolutely indestructible and no matter what kind of dog you have I would recommend you get them a Crazy Critter.

One word of caution is that you may want to keep them away from telephones and work areas as the speakers can become a noise issue when trying to concentrate on a project or have an easily audible phone conversation. That is the only real downside to this product, but ever since I bought Jack his Crazy Critters, I've decided to get Crazy Critters for all my friends with dogs.
