Latest Article: Need Heavy Trucks for Your Business? Consider Used Heavy Trucks!
A business is only as good as the product it delivers. And that can be taken literally. If the product itself is quality but the company’s delivery time is slow or the product is damaged during delivery because it’s packed in too tightly, the product’s quality is barely relevant at all. With a bad delivery comes an unhappy client.

You’re starting up a business and you need a fleet of heavy trucks to make your deliveries or maybe you’re expanding and you need to add more heavy trucks to your company’s heavy equipment. Or you’re looking for a different kind of heavy truck, one with better gas mileage to save you a lot of money or one with more space so you can deliver more products at once.

When you’re just starting up a business, you don’t want to put yourself so much in debt that you won’t be able to afford to give your business a chance to take off, so buying a brand new fleet of heavy trucks isn’t the best idea. Likewise, when you’re expanding a business, you’re taking a chance on new investments and new markets. Why put tens of thousands more into brand new heavy trucks when there are quality used trucks—some that aren’t even that old—for much less?

Rather than buying your fleet of heavy trucks directly from the manufacturer, save yourself thousands by searching for used heavy trucks online. Used heavy equipment classifieds websites will allow you to browse through used heavy trucks listings by type, manufacturer, and price.

Read descriptions of each used heavy truck, see pictures, and contact the used heavy truck sellers directly or through the site. Some sellers offer used heavy trucks at negotiable prices, so go ahead and make your best offer. You never know what kind of deal you might get on a fleet of used heavy trucks!

Don’t see the used heavy trucks you need? Place a Want Ad! Describe the used heavy truck you need, enter your price range, and wait for the offers to come to you!

Do you need heavy trucks for a few jobs only? Search through the site’s For Rent section and rent some used heavy trucks for as long as you need them—for a fraction of the cost of purchasing them.

If you want to upgrade your fleet of heavy trucks and need to sell a few used heavy trucks yourself, you can use the same website to sell your used heavy trucks. Most heavy equipment websites don’t take a cut from the sale of used heavy trucks or any used heavy equipment. Website members typically get some FREE For Sale Ads, For Rent Ads, and Want Ads each month.

No business can hope to get its products on the road without a quality fleet of heavy trucks to get them there. When searching for heavy trucks, remember that used heavy trucks can still be pretty new and have low mileage as well as low gas mileage for a fraction of the cost of new heavy trucks. Saving on used heavy trucks can make all the difference in the success of your business!

Pallet trucks are for moving pallets from one place to another. Pallet trucks not only make transportation of pallets easier but also ease loading and unloading while ensuring utmost safety. They can minimize time of transport considerably. Since the pallets can be rather heavy, pallet trucks need to be very strong and functional. Pallet trucks are generally used in industries like chemical and pharmaceutical factories, warehouses, food storage industries, retail stores, and others. Most pallet trucks can move loads of around 4,000 lbs.

Pallet trucks are being designed to suit all kinds of environments and terrains, including highly corrosive and unsanitary conditions. Some pallet trucks are being made from zinc, and stainless steel, and some are chrome coated and galvanized to resist even highly moist atmosphere like pharmaceutical and chemical factories. These are suitable for clean room, laboratory, wash down, and corrosive material handling applications.

There are different types of pallet trucks: low-profile pallet trucks, pallet trucks with scale (for weighing the load), big-wheeler pallet truck (for uneven floors and heavy loads), specialty pallet trucks (made of zinc or stainless steel for unsanitary environments), wheel-nose pallet trucks (for placing pallets closely in a row), ergonomic pallet trucks (for ease of operation), economic pallet trucks, ""Freight Saver"" pallet trucks, all-terrain pallet trucks (for any kind of terrain), foldable manual pallet trucks (light-duty trucks especially beneficial for going down narrow aisles, through doorways, or around tight corners), electric pallet trucks (with AC drive motor, battery pack, and regenerative braking system), and so on.

Some pallet trucks also have adjustable push rods, a wide turning radius, skin adaptors, and integral scales. There are some highly advanced pallet trucks that even contain a printer, LCD display, and a keypad with automatic tare functions that works on rechargeable batteries.

Used pallet trucks are also available. Pallet trucks can be ordered and bought online at exclusive manufacturer websites. The internet is a good source for information about pallet trucks.

Latest Article: Hispanic American Trucks

What do you call trucks from Mexico which come into the United States and pollute the air and do not comply with air quality or EPA rules for trucks? What do you call a truck from Mexico, which is not mechanically sound and may have many equipment violations including faulty brakes? What do you call a truck from Mexico, which is a rolling violation and mirrors a portable junkyard?

Well, you do not call it a “Mexican Truck” says a think tanker recently on a major online Think Tank Forum, stopped by to tell the group that the term “Mexican Trucks” as that is a negative connation on Mexicans we are now told. Some on the Think Tank believe that this is completely a PC comment and they are not buying it. One think tanker replied back.

“I have nothing against Mexicans. I do however have something against most of these Mexican Trucks with faulty equipment, un-level playing field with regards to pollution controls and the safety of the American people, specifically a mom and her 3 kids in a mini-van cruising down a grade on an highway. I do not believe that they should have to pay with their lives for bad policy. And indeed, I am not politically correct, but I see your perspective. What would you like me to call these trucks coming over from Mexico?”

One think tanker suggested maybe we should call them; "Hispanic Trucks" or "Mexico Trucks." The critic of the “Mexican Truck” term offered only criticism with no solution. Meanwhile we have these trucks which are from Mexico which are dangerous, do not follow the rules and are an environmental issue.

The critic should give us a "Term" to use, and we will be glad to use it. This is kind of silly of critic Think Tanker Anthony don't you think? What term does he want us to use? "Mexican American Trucks" "Hispanic American Trucks" "Illegal Trucks from Mexico" "Environmental Mobile Disaster Trucks," "Smoke Bomb Trucks" or "Rolling Junk Yards," Let us know on that. Consider the PC of this in 2006.
